Pipesurf runs on Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure, with AWS-managed data centres, networking and physical security underneath the application.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic between your browser or phone and Pipesurf goes over HTTPS (TLS). No unencrypted connections.
Backups
Project data is backed up, so the record of your work doesn’t depend on a single copy.
Access and accountability
Role-based access
Access is by company, project and role. People see only the projects they belong to and can act only within their role.
Every action on record
Every approval, rejection, skip and change carries a name and a timestamp.
Nothing silently deleted
Joints removed by a revision stay on record, marked as deleted with the revision reference.
Leavers lose access at once
Removing a user from a project cuts their access immediately.
One-time passcode sign-in
Users sign in with their company email and a one-time passcode.
Company-level standards
Welders, WPS and materials are controlled centrally by your Company Admin.
